Payment Terms and Conditions 1) The customer hereby places an order for and agrees to purchase the items listed on his/her quote or purchase order per the Terms and Conditions as listed below:
2) Due to the high level of fraud associated with the items listed on our site, we will NOT accept personal credit cards, or personal checks. The following are accepted forms of payment: business credit cards, purchase orders, money orders and wire transfers.
3) Price: The price quoted does not include sales, excise, use, value
added tax (vat) and other taxes, levies or fees now in effect or hereafter levied by reason of this transaction. Customer shall pay all such taxes, levies and fees. The Products are being sold
hereunder F.O.B., place of shipment. Customer is liable for all
shipping, media and insurance charges for the products. All payments
shall be made in United States dollars.
4) Payment terms: Invoices not paid within the
specified Payment Terms period will incur a 1.5% fee per month. The customer
shall incur all collection costs, including attorney fees, and penalties as a
result to not adhering to payment terms and any other possible legal fees. A
$50 fee is incurred by the customer in the event of check(s) returned due to
insufficient funds per check.
5) Warranties: We assign all warranties,
indemnities, and service features relating to the Products directly to
Customer. Therefore we make no warranty, expressed or implied, or indemnity
relating to the Products. Warrantees, if applicable are directly through the
product's respected manufacture.
6) Returns: Software, parts, cables, and certain Mobile Computer Accessory products are not returnable. There is no refund or exchange on any card printer consumables. All RMA requests, including any
order discrepancies, must be made within 12 days of receipt.
All returns/exchanges will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15-25%
(varies by manufacturer and condition) or $60, whichever is more. All
returns must meet the following criteria:
(a) Have a valid RMA number
(product received without an RMA number or an expired RMA number will
be returned unopened). RMA numbers are valid for seven (7) days only,
(b) Have all original manufacturer's
packaging (both inside and out), (c) Have all manuals, software,
cables, warranty card, static bag, etc (just as received), (d) Be clean
and without: scratches, writing, or usage marks of any kind, and (e) Have no writing on any boxes.
Credit will be issued only after inspection. Opened, used and/or discontinued items are NOT returnable. Special and Custom Orders are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
7) The pricing terms listed in a quote or
purchase order from Mobility Giants supersedes any previous written or oral
quotations from us.
8) Due to the nature of our industry, pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
9) Any net terms granted by or through Mobility Giants will incur a non-refundable fee of $199 that must be paid up front and directly to Mobility Giants.
